Costs

Analysing track diagrams, layout plans and solving technical issues with PCs and digital systems can be time-consuming. Beyond a certain effort we charge for these costs.

No charges apply:

  • • to anyone interested in our products.
  • • New customers for installation and clarification questions, technical questions, and for the first 3 months for track diagram configuration.
  • • For warranty claims within the legal framework.
  • • For acknowledged sequence and functional faults.

In all other cases we charge by time:

  • Each started 10 minutes: €10.
  • This generally also applies after the warranty period. Subscriptions do not extend the warranty; upgrades do so only for new features.

Remote support on your PC with phone contact and direct analysis:

  • Each started 15 minutes: €19.

For on-site support visits the rule is:

If the problem could not be resolved because it was due to a software fault in our products, the visit is free of charge.

Otherwise we charge:

  • • €65 per hour
  • • €495 per day
  • • Travel allowances and accommodation. By agreement.

Our partners may charge different rates.

You will always be informed in advance in writing by ticket or email about any costs that may arise.
